Bolton Library And Museum

Title Productions has worked with Bolton Council across the years to promote the wide-ranging services offered through Bolton Library and Museum, including their Digital Support Hub and Early Learning services.

 

The brief was to create a suite of promotional films that would highlight the library’s role as a modern community hub. We wanted to challenge the perception of libraries as simply book-lending spaces, instead showcasing them as dynamic centres of learning, digital support, cultural discovery and family engagement.

 

Our team produced several dedicated videos, including:

 

Digital Support Hub – Aimed at raising awareness of the free digital resources, internet access and IT help available for residents of all ages.

 

Early Learning Services – Highlighting how libraries play a key role in early years development, with family-friendly activities, storytelling and educational support designed for children.

 

By blending authentic interviews, vibrant visuals and family-friendly storytelling, we created engaging films that were distributed across Bolton Council’s platforms. The videos helped boost awareness and uptake of services, reinforcing the library and museum as essential resources for the whole community.
