BASE – Inclusive Recruitment Video for NHS England

Title Productions partnered with BASE and the NHS to produce a recruitment video that highlighted the organisation’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in regards to NHS recruitment. The videos we created aimed to showcase the NHS as an inclusive employer, inspiring a wider and more diverse talent pool to join their team.

Our team captured staff testimonials, workplace interactions, and B-Roll that reflected the collaborative and welcoming environments at NHS hospitals and medical clinics. The production focused on authentic storytelling, ensuring participants felt comfortable and confident on camera. The final video communicated NHS inclusive values while providing an engaging and professional recruitment tool for prospective employees.
